Instant Laptop Rental provides return shipping at $20 per laptop on all laptop rentals. When you place your rental with us, a FedEx return shipping label will be sent to you via email so that you may return your laptop when ready.

To return, follow the steps below:

1. Print the FedEx return shipping label that was emailed to you.
2. Place the laptop in its carrying case along with the power supply.
3. Put the carrying case into the original box or a qualified laptop box and tape shut.
4. Tape the return shipping label on the top side of the box.
5. Drop the packed laptop at your local FedEx location or your nearest FedEx Kinko's (link: http://fedex.kinkos.com/locations/) location.

What to do if you have lost your return shipping label?

1. Call 800-836-0806.
2. Give us your name and we will verify your information.
3. Check your email and print your new return shipping label.
4. Follow the directions above.
