- Is shipping included in the rental rate?
Shipping is a separate fee from our laptop computer rental fee. We offer same-day 2-hour and 4-hour courier service in the Houston area and FedEx 2-day and Overnight services.
- Do you offer insurance?
We do understand that in laptop computer renting, accidents can happen, so we have developed an Equipment Protection Plan that will protect you from those accidental damages.
- What operating system does the laptop have?
Depending on the hardware specifications of the laptop, we will load the best operating software available for that notebook. Our laptops include either Windows XP Pro or Windows XP Home.
- Do all the laptops come equipped with WiFi?
Yes, all of our laptops are equipped with wireless technology so that you can surf the World Wide Web wherever there is a wireless hotspot.
- Do you have a rent-to-own program?
Not at this time.
- How quickly can I get the laptop?
If you are located outside of Houston, you can receive your laptop next-day. If you are renting in the Houston area, you can receive your laptop the same day.
- What is included in the notebook rental?
A power supply, power cord, laptop battery and notebook carrying case are included in all laptop rentals. We do have USB wireless mice, USB reading lights, and security locks available for purchase.
- Do you offer technical support?
Yes, we do offer technical support during normal business hours.
- What is the minimum rental period?
The minimum rental period on a laptop lease is 1 day.
- Do you rent notebooks to individuals?
Yes, Instant Laptop Rental rents to both individuals and large customers.
- Is the laptop ready for immediate use?
All of our laptops are shipped ready for immediate use.
